The People - Les 2 Alpes

During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They made us feel welcomed and valued as guests, and their genuine warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff consistently provided excellent customer service, ensuring that our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made them stand out and contributed to our overall positive experience.

It was very close to Belle Etoile, the staff was incredible! It is in front of a supermarket. The breakfast was good. It has a chill stile. There are lockers for all the skii material. Important to notices that, in our case, the room was cleaned everyday but the bed was not extended.

The hotel seems brand new, and the bar downstairs is very nice. The suite was very simple but quite comfy and clean. Absolutely not the mouldy stinky outdated yet overpriced place one can expect in the French Alps.

very nice clean room, with a large balcony, very friendly staff, location is good (bus stop, ski rent, shops to buy cheese and ham, fresh bread etc is very close) a nice big chill room, where you can cook and eat in comfort , children can play I totally recommend

Location was excellent as was the room, secure parking for motorbike, restaurant was closed but there's a brilliant restaurant across the road.
